Phantas 1.3 (robot only)$23,800US resellerHero Robots'Phantas Only (Excludes Charging Dock/Workstation)', In stock, 1-year manufacturer warranty at no cost, with 3-year and 5-year extended plans offered. The on-page configurator offers 'Add: Charging Dock' and 'Add: Workstation (Charging+Water Supply/Disposal)' but shows NO price for either. Replaces our previous $23,800 citation to roboticfloorcleaner.com, whose DNS no longer resolves.source
Phantas 1.3 Enhanced (with workstation)$29,600US resellerRobotLAB'Starting at $29,600' in both hero and spec table at the 2026-08-26 check, up $100 from the $29,500 seen 2026-08-05. The previously-recorded $32,600 configuration did not reproduce on any fetch and is treated as a stale search-index artifact.source
Phantas + Docking Station bundle$23,499US resellerRobot Depot (RobotLAB storefront)SKU GS438-6030-6CP-Y600, compare-at $30,800, includes US on-site installation. SOLD OUT at the 2026-08-26 check, and carries only a 3-month limited warranty - one quarter of the free 1-year manufacturer warranty Hero Robots includes. Notable because it undercuts its own parent site's robot-only price by $6,101.source
Phantas 1.3 (RaaS)$829/moSubscriptionRobotLAB36-month term, cut from $989/mo at the 2026-08-05 check (and $1,360/mo before that). The same product page's comparison table still shows $1,360/mo, but labels that row 'Phantas 1.3 & Workstation' - plausibly a different configuration rather than a straight contradiction.source

Serviceability score

C50/100

1-year warranty excluding wear items, distributor-based 24/7 support, US developer cloud — but no US corporate office we could verify.

how we grade

Factory warranty

Gausium publishes no warranty terms, no length, no exclusions and no service model on its own site - its FAQ redirects warranty and even manual requests to 'your service contractor' and 'your local dealer' (re-checked 2026-08-26). Every warranty figure in this market comes from a reseller: Hero Robots includes 1 year at no cost and sells 3- and 5-year extensions; the Robot Depot bundle carries only 3 months. Wear items (squeegees, brushes, pads) are reported excluded, but only by third parties.

US service & support

Weakest US presence of the cleaning robots we track. No US corporate office and no US entity: Gausium's own contact page lists Shanghai (HQ), Hong Kong SAR and Zaltbommel, Netherlands, with the Americas served by a hotline (326) 888-6116, a WhatsApp number with a Mexican country code, and inquiry@/[email protected]. US sales run through resellers including Hero Robots, RobotLAB and Robot Depot; a US developer cloud endpoint exists at developer-us.gs-robot.com.

Programmability

Open SDK / developer access available.
